Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Engineering & R&D leader to drive the engineering and R&D teams toward business objectives through KPI-driven management and strong cost control.

You will own the BOM accuracy, maintain the drawings database, and monitor build orders against cost and FX fluctuations while liaising with OEMs on new product initiatives to ensure smooth execution and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Engineering and R&D teams with KPI-driven objectives.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and maintain the drawings database.
• Monitor build orders with cost, FX fluctuations and variances.
• Lead pilot projects with milestone tracking and OEM liaison.
• Oversee cost control and establish proper cost optimisation measures.
• Manage team performance, skills gap analysis and training needs.
• Align projects with business strategy and market trends.
