Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years in engineering/maintenance and HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.
• Or a 2-year degree with 2+ years related engineering/maintenance experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and supervise staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.
• Oversee safety, security and asset protection for the property.
• Coordinate repair work orders and monitor timeliness and quality.
• Direct engineering and related departments in absence of the Director of Engineering.
• Maintain building and grounds, equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and life safety systems.
• Communicate objectives, set expectations and recognize performance across teams.
