Industrial Quality Management Sdn Bhd, based in Shah Alam, is seeking a Production Planning & Engineering Assistant to support maintenance and optimization of stamping presses and injection molding machines. You will help ensure machine reliability, reduce downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience maintaining stamping presses or injection molding machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with machine calibration, lubrication, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to follow technical procedures accurately.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of stamping presses and injection molding machines.
• Conduct daily inspections to detect wear, leaks, or mechanical misalignment.
• Ensure proper lubrication and functionality of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Clean and maintain molds, dies, and tooling to uphold product quality.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, including repair logs and parts replacements.
• Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities in line with production demands.
• Monitor machine performance and report inefficiencies or deviations.
• Support optimization of machine settings and production processes to enhance efficiency.
