Job summary

Tenera Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Innovation / Technology Engineer to drive plant and process improvements aligned with customer requirements. The role blends technical engineering, R&D, project coordination and financial evaluation.

You will organise and facilitate innovation programs with the engineering team and clients, and lead workshops, seminars and conferences on advanced technical topics in the palm oil processing sector. Experience in workshop delivery is a plus.

This function supports the company on innovation initiatives and programs to continuously improve plants and processes to meet customer's requirements and needs. This is essentially an Innovation / Technology Engineering role in the palm oil processing industry, with a strong mix of technical engineering, R&D, project coordination, and business/financial evaluation.

This role also needs to conduct, organize and facilitate innovation programs within the group (engineering) and customers (operation) on technical engineering related to workshop, seminar and conference.
