Job summary

BINA PRAGMATIK SDN BHD in Putrajaya is seeking a Junior Project Engineer to support project site activities. Fresh graduates with an Engineering or Geology degree are invited to apply.

The role requires independence, teamwork, and willingness to travel locally, with placement at the Client Office in Putrajaya. You will assist the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer to plan, monitor, and control daily works, track progress, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, ensure compliance with

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to plan, monitor and control daily works at project sites.
• Track and report project progress, identify issues and propose solutions to stay on track.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that works follow plan, procedures, and method statements.
• Maintain project operations and document control procedures.
• Be independent, self-motivated, and ready to lead sub-contractors and site workers.
• Engage with Clients or Clients' representatives as needed.

Job description

Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Geology.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working experience in the industry or relevant field is a plus.

Will be stationed in Putrajaya at Client Office.

Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.

Able to deliver results within deadline give.

Willingness to travel locally when required.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to plan, monitor and control daily works at project sites.

Track and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and proposing solutions to keep the project on track

Act as the liaison between contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with plan, procedures, method statements etc.

Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by senior management.

Must be independent and self-motivated in carry out work and duty assigned.

Must possess leadership qualities in managing sub-contractors, site workers and involves in discussion with Clients or Clients' representatives.
