Kayaku Safety Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan seeks an Energy Management professional to lead EnMS, ensure EECA 2024 compliance, and drive energy efficiency initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate energy performance activities with engineering and maintenance teams, and prepare required reports.

Ensure that “Energy Consumer” licensees (traders, companies, large buildings) comply with the requirements of EECA 2024.
Supervise and coordinate the Energy Management System (EnMS) within the organization.
Collect, analyze energy consumption data and plan energy saving measures.
Prepare EECA compliance reports (“Energy Efficiency & Conservation Report”).
Provide advice to management on energy saving strategies and action plans (energy-saving measures) based on data analysis.
Coordinate activity and documentation to comply with EECA 2024
Develop EnMS framework in accordance to EECA 2024.
Set-up all requirements of EECA 2024 and monitor overall progress.
Analyze data and introduce improvement for Energy Saving and energy efficiency.
Organize EMC meetings at least 4 times a year; record meetings minutes and arrange follow-up actions.
Management review meetings at least once a year to discuss EnMS performance and progress of actions.
Prepare the annual EE&C report (energy Efficiency & Conservation Report) According to the format set by the Energy Commission.
Ensure the accuracy of the data in the report: compare the figures reported with actual utility bills, invoices, maintenance records, equipment specifications, energy audits.
Review related documents (‘maintenance records”, “spec sheet”, audit report) to ensure the information in the EE&C report is accurate and reliable.
Make recommendations for energy saving measures (Energy Saving Measures / Energy Efficiency Measures) based on data analysis.
Propose resource requirements such as budget allocation, manpower, and tools to implement EEI actions.
Work with technical departments (engineering, maintenance) and management for the implementation of energy saving measures.
Conduct EnMS performance reviews and recommend continuous improvements.

Assist in preparation for periodic energy audit (e.g upcoming REA) and address compliance gaps if any.
To supports & teamwork to other Electrical Chargeman, air conditioning system and C&S building in the maintenance and operation services for all end users.
Provide support to technical service team. Handle technical resolutions and end user’s complaints.
To support on the HTLV to the Chargeman team.
To attend & solve technical problems of air conditioning units at site.
To attend & solve technical problems of air conditioning, HVAC units at site.
Must be able to response to emergency call (On Call) duty and special task arrangement during night or off day.
Maintain a list of contractors and carry out their performance evaluation on maintenance checks.
Overseeing external contractor’s works / service and monitor their performance.
