Responsibilities

• Engages customers in courteous, professional service.
• Performs preventative maintenance per schedules and standards.
• Documents service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims.
• Escalates issues to senior technicians when needed.
• Maintains service vehicle and tools in proper condition.
