Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a confident LIVE Host / Online Presenter to showcase products via TikTok LIVE and other digital platforms, driving audience engagement and sales. You will create content, answer questions and promote campaigns with energy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Malay and English, with a strong on-camera presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to multiple brands and product categories.

Qualifications

• Confident, expressive and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Energetic personality with good audience interaction.
• Familiar with TikTok, social media and current content trends.
• Sales-minded and comfortable promoting products.
• Responsible, punctual and able to take ownership of assigned LIVE sessions.
• Able to adapt quickly to different brands and product categories.
• Previous LIVE hosting, retail, sales, content creation or presenting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE and online selling sessions
• Present and demonstrate products confidently on camera
• Engage viewers, answer questions and encourage purchases
• Understand product USPs, promotions and campaign mechanics before going LIVE
• Create short-form TikTok and social media content
• Participate in content shoots, campaign videos and street interviews when required
• Work with the commerce and content team to improve LIVE performance
• Review performance and continuously improve your hosting style, engagement and conversion
