Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure timely execution of seafreight bookings.
• Manage local logistics including trucking and customs brokerage.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documents accurately.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Review vendor invoices and coordinate finance for payments.
