Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of EMS experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP or MRP systems is highly preferred.
• Advanced planning capabilities; strong Excel and Word skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed production schedules based on actual orders, demand forecasts, and customer profiles.
• Analyze capacity, cycle times, urgency, and material availability to build efficient schedules.
• Coordinate with line scheduling, procurement, and logistics to align shipments with customer commitments.
• Proactively adjust plans based on changes in demand and material availability.
• Oversee shop order releases and material kitting to prevent production delays.
• Monitor production output, packing timelines, and revenue commitment plans.
