• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience leading regional transport/logistics teams
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with SAP is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional transport management team
• Manage day-to-day transportation activities in a high-volume environment
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Oversee logistics service provider performance and drive continuous improvement
• Handle shipment delays, escalations, and disputes with effective resolution
• Drive process optimization, knowledge management, and transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with risk management, data protection, and business continuity requirements
• Coach and develop team members and support resource planning
