Job summary

L'Oréal Malaysia is seeking a Finance Master Data Expert to support the BEST in KL center, ensuring clean and accurate master data for finance processes across SAP and related systems. You will collaborate with Controlling, Accounting and IT to maintain data governance and drive process improvements.

The role requires 4-6+ years in Finance Master Data, SAP FICO experience, and strong Excel/data analytics skills, with fluent English.

Qualifications

4-6+ years total post-graduate work experience in Finance/Accounting Master Data.
SAP FICO working experience (Master data role at least 4 years).
Strong Excel and data analytics skills.
Self-organized and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
Proficient in Blackline, ServiceNow, SAP and Compass is a plus; fluent English.

Responsibilities

Process requests for creating, modifying, and blocking Finance Master Data such as vendor GL, cost centers, internal orders.
Monitor data integration between SAP and other L’Oréal systems (MySupplier, Compass, Tiger, Contact).
Ensure correct data mapping and data flow; analyze FI-CO data discrepancies in SAP.
Follow Group Target Processes for Finance Master Data and respect closing deadlines.
Participate in projects for new solutions and improvements; maintain data quality.
Collaborate with Group, SSC, IT and local retain organizations; manage system access governance.
