Qualifications

• Software Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• 4+ years of program management experience.
• 7+ years of product/solutions development experience.
• Knowledge of product development processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet and Jira.
• Experience with Agile project management and Scrum.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to understand product features and requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed program schedule and monitor progress.
• Manage the program budget to prevent overruns.
• Govern scope and handle changes via approved change requests.
• Coordinate resources and track actuals against the plan.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and provide status reports.
• Lead program health reviews and recovery efforts when needed.
• Drive risk management and ensure compliance with development processes.
• Maintain artifacts in the program repository and manage cross-functional interdependencies.
