Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Quality Manager based in Malaysia to lead the continuous improvement of quality performance across the Electronics Division's manufacturing operations in the Philippines. The role requires spending about 70% of time traveling to and supporting the Philippines site, partnering with plant and divisional teams to close quality gaps and strengthen problem-solving capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in electrical/electronic engineering, 10+ years in electronics

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related technical field.
At least 10 years of experience in quality within electronics/electrical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of electronic component manufacturing processes and product quality.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement of quality performance across Electronics Division manufacturing in the Philippines.
Travel to the Philippines site about 70% to support operations.
Drive corrective and preventive actions with root-cause analysis and sustainable closure.
Strengthen local quality team competencies in problem solving and quality tools.
Engage customers and suppliers on quality concerns and improvements.
