You will investigate faulty components, collaborate with multiple departments, and drive improvement actions across the change management process.

The role emphasizes strong technical communication within electronics teams and supporting supplier interactions to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes locked and faulty electronic components such as printed circuit boards, sensors, motors.
• Reports identified defects back to the responsible departments and supports them in remedying them (e.g. communication with the supplier, brainstorming with technical departments).
• Makes suggestions for improvement on the basis of previous analysis and evaluates/searches for alternative components and implements these improvements in the course of the change management.
• Acts as a competent contact person in the electronics sector for all departments.
