Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Production Technician for an assembly role in a electronics-focused MNC. The position offers a base salary up to RM3,000 with allowances and potential incentives, located in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

The role requires a Diploma / SKM Level 3 in Electrical or related technical field, familiarity with wiring diagrams, and a willingness to work rotating shifts. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and may progress to permanent status.

Qualifications

• Diploma / SKM Level 3 in Electrical or related technical field.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or technician roles is an advantage.
• Able to read basic wiring diagrams, schematics and assembly instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with a technical background are welcome to apply.
• Background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related technical fields encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components.
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics and work instructions.
• Perform functional testing on completed assemblies.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical and system issues.
• Check product quality according to specifications and standards.
• Record and maintain assembly and testing documentation.
• Support engineers and production teams during assembly and testing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 7S practices.
• Assist with installation, troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
