Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced electrical supervisor to interpret blueprints and plan wiring layouts for complex projects, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

You will coordinate materials, supervise installation, conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and mentor electricians and apprentices, reporting to HOD and Site Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.
• Experience in installing electrical wiring and conduit systems.
• Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Job description

Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the placement of wiring, outlets, and fixtures

Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and conduit systems in accordance with project specifications

Prepare time and coordinate material release for job execution

Conduct site inspections to verify that all electrical work adheres to current codes, quality standards, and safety regulations

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems in systems and equipment during the construction process

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and records of materials used

Provide direct training and mentorship to electricians and apprentices on specific job skills and safety protocols

Liaise with HOD & Site Supervisor for all work related assignments
