Job summary

Triple S Maritime Enginering Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru invites skilled electrical technicians to join our team. You will install wiring, conduits, lighting, and electrical apparatus, and perform routine maintenance on motors, generators, pumps, and control systems.

We value candidates who can read electrical blueprints, follow safety protocols including lock-out/tag-out, and travel as required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; own transport and driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in relevant field.
• Willing to travel.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Own transport and valid driving license (B2 & D).
• Certificate or Diploma or above in Electric or relevant is value added.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, lighting, and electrical apparatus.
• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, generators, pumps, and control systems.
• Diagnose issues with electrical components using ammeters, voltmeters, and thermal scanners.
• Read, interpret, and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.

• Installation & Assembly: Installing wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, lighting, and electrical apparatus.
• Maintenance & Repair: Performing preventative maintenance on motors, generators, pumps, and control systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with electrical components using ammeters, voltmeters, and thermal scanners.
• Technical Compliance: Reading, interpreting, and working from electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Safety Adherence: Adhering to safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, to avoid electrical hazards.

Requirements:

• At least one year working experience in relevant field
• Able to travel
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Applicants must possess own transport and possess driving license (B2 & D)
• Applicants with a Certificated or Diploma or above in Electric or relevant is value added.
