Job summary

Valtech Enterprise in Bukit Mertajam, Penang is seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to lead a team of technicians, perform electronic repair and maintenance, and support on-site service work. This role requires basic knowledge of electronics, ability to use hand tools, and good problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel and strong reliability are essential. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring timely responses to client issues and contributing to product

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring and electrical systems.
• Experience in electronic repair, troubleshooting or maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel for site visits and service work.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to meet the company’s technical requirements.
• Ensure client issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure all new product evaluations are carried out effectively, on schedule, and are suitable for the market.
• Maintain strong technical proficiency in all Valtech products.
• Continuously seek improvements in internal processes and on-site technical operations.
