Job summary

Pokka (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance technician to perform mechanical and electrical tasks, troubleshoot and calibrate equipment, and follow strict SOPs. You will ensure daily assignments are completed before shift end and drive improvements in process efficiency.

The role requires SPM/SKM/Certificate in Electrical Engineering and a valid Chargeman A0 certificate, with 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience and hands-on exposure to LV

Qualifications

• SPM/SKM/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga Chargeman A0 certificate.
• 2–3 years electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with LV switchboards, MCC/MCCB/ACB, motors, VFDs, transformers, generators and protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.

Job description

To perform mechanical and electrical maintenance task.

To comply and improve process requirement and efficiency.

To responsible to complete the daily assignment before end shift.

To maintain equipment operation through responsive trouble shooting, repair, calibration and following operation guidelines.

To organizing workflow and ensuring tasks delegated effectively.

To ensure all SOP are followed and adhered to all the time.

Requirements

Education: SPM / SKM / Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Competency: Valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga Chargeman A0 certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
Preferred: Experience with LV switchboards, MCC, MCCB/ACB, motors, VFD/inverters, transformers, generators, protection systems, and electrical troubleshooting
Additional advantage: Chargeman A4/A4-1/A4-2 competency and experience with standby generators.
