Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management seeks an experienced Shift Lead Electrical (Engineer) for our data center in Ulu Tiram, Johor. You will oversee operation and maintenance of critical electrical and environmental systems to ensure 100% facility uptime, leading a team of shift engineers and technicians.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least five years’ experience in data center operations or similar, with hands-on experience in HV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in data center operations or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, UPS, generators and cooling systems.
• Hands-on maintenance and shift-based operations.
• Ability to lead a team under rotating shifts and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems in the data center.
• Supervise shift engineers and technicians to ensure reliable facility performance.
• Perform hands-on operation, inspection and maintenance of HV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, cooling and BMS.
• Monitor equipment status through the NOC and respond to alarms or incidents promptly.
• Review Change Control Applications and ensure SOP and safety compliance.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Identify safety risks and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records and documentation in line with ISO and company standards.
