Job summary

CasaCiti is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead electrical works across complex industrial projects. You will oversee planning, coordination, execution, and delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 6 years' experience in relevant sectors, with strong communication in English and Mandarin. A leadership background and risk-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing electrical works, with semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle of electrical works for projects, from planning to commissioning, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Review and validate electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor progress of electrical works, resolving technical or execution-related issues.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for compliance, permits, and inspections.
• Ensure coordination between M&E, Civil & Structural, and Architectural works.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Uphold safety and quality standards at all stages of the project.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and updates for management and clients.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management or Project Director.
