Job summary

Cundall Malaysia is seeking an experienced Electrical Power Systems Engineer to join our pioneer team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work on the design of HV, MV and LV distribution for data centres and other major projects, model complex networks using ETAP/PTW, and prepare detailed power system reports.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, visit sites, and contribute to the growth of Cundall’s APAC operations, with opportunities for chartership and professional development.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power systems.
• Experience in HV design and coordinating with other disciplines.
• Proficient with ETAP and PTW power systems software.
• Ability to produce detailed power system reports and drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce engineering designs, calculations, and specifications, using appropriate technical software.
• Co-ordinate input from other disciplines and specialisms as required.
• Prepare technical reports in accordance with clients’ briefs.
• Supervise and co-ordinate the production of technical drawings.
• Attend project meetings, site visits, and factory tests as required.
• Report progress to Senior/Principal/Associate and brief clients/contractors.
