Job summary

Cundall is expanding its Building Services team in Kuala Lumpur and seeks an Electrical Engineering technical expert to join as Associate/Associate Director. You will lead project delivery, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and maintain strong client relationships across data centres, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

You are a Chartered/Professional Engineer with a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering and solid experience in low energy design and design software.

Qualifications

• Chartered/Professional Engineer status, with degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Data centre field experience is preferred.
• Board of Engineers Malaysia Practicing certificate is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of low energy design and relevant design software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; regional/international experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of projects and manage project teams.
• Manage client relationships and line manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of innovative design solutions for regional building projects.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects and collaborate across disciplines.
