Job summary

Papilla Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Technician or Supervisor to perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of M&E systems. You will handle cable installation, termination, panel wiring, and basic electrical testing, and assist with motors, control panels, converters, pumps, and other equipment.

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant electrical or mechanical work experience is required.
Port experience will be an advantage.
Technician: minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Supervisor: minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical and mechanical installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works.
Perform cable installation, termination, panel wiring, and basic electrical testing.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of related M&E equipment.
Support preventive maintenance, project installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Report electrical and mechanical faults and assist with troubleshooting.
Follow port safety procedures at all times.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Work at multiple locations based on project requirements.
