Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis to determine defect modes and root causes.
• Conduct electrical failure analysis to identify component defects.
• Validate and fault isolation using tools such as Parametric Analyzer, Keithley meter, iTDR, SEM/EDX, IRLC.
• Analyze data from tests and process data to identify trends and root causes of low yield.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, Quality, and EHS standards.
