Job summary

Newton Automation (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a talented Electric Engineer to join our team in Puchong, Selangor, to design, develop and maintain electrical systems for our automation solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 3 years of related experience, and strong CAD/electrical design skills; you will collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to deliver integrated automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation/manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with CAD software and electrical design tools.
• Good understanding of electrical codes, safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement electrical systems and components for industrial automation equipment.
• Perform electrical calculations, circuit analysis and prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
