Program and configure system automation parameters using PLCs or microcontrollers to ensure seamless automated cycles.

Oversee the safe installation, component calibration, and testing of electronic control boxes on manufacturing lines and customer sites.

Provide active technical intervention for troubleshooting electronic components to minimize operational equipment downtime.

Ensure proper voltage, logic signal routing, and safety sensory interlocks function smoothly with central plant monitoring dashboards.

3. Automation Improvement & Optimization

Partner with production and assembly teams to improve operational automation, manufacturing efficiency, and mechanical safety parameters.

Monitor real-world electrical equipment performance data to recommend structural changes for production cost reductions.

Review and scale old electronic architectures to run securely on updated sustainable building operating systems.

4. Safety, Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all designed systems strictly comply with local and international electrical safety, quality framework, and regulatory building codes.

Compile structured technical tracking profiles, component datasheets, operational compliance checklists, and circuit revision archives.
