Job summary

ONE KK SWITCHGEAR SDN BHD is seeking a Draughtsman / Electrical Draughtsman to join our Kota Kinabalu team in Sabah. If you have a passion for electrical design, technical drawings, and switchboard engineering, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include preparing and modifying electrical & switchboard drawings, Single Line Diagrams, GA and panel fabrication drawings, and ensuring drawings meet project specs and standards. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical drafting / switchboard / M&E industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify electrical & switchboard drawings based on project requirements
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic diagrams, control wiring and layout drawings
• Produce detailed General Arrangement (GA) and panel fabrication drawings
• Revise drawings according to consultant/client comments and site requirements
• Coordinate with our engineering, production and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate and practical for fabrication
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and relevant electrical standards
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings
• Assist the engineering team with technical documentation and other drafting-related tasks
