Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. seeks an Electrical Coordination Engineer to review and coordinate Electrical Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings and related M&E drawings.

You will identify conflicts and interface issues and support the site team with technical guidance. The role requires reading Electrical, Architectural and M&E drawings, preparing Coordination Drawings, and coordinating across disciplines including architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and fire

• Strong communication and coordination skills with Consultants, main contractors and site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret Electrical, Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.
• Independent ability to prepare and coordinate Electrical Coordination Drawings based on Construction and Shop Drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate Electrical Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings and M&E drawings to identify design conflicts and interface issues.
• Prepare and update Electrical Coordination Drawings based on approved Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings.
• Coordinate electrical works with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and other disciplines for proper integration of M&E services.
• Attend site coordination meetings and technical discussions with Main Contractors, Consultants and subcontractors to resolve electrical coordination issues.
• Conduct site inspections and verify actual site conditions, dimensions and installation requirements.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.

Review and coordinate Electrical Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings and relevant M&E drawings to identify design conflicts, discrepancies and interface issues.
审核及协调 Electrical Construction Drawing、Shop Drawing 及相关机电图纸，及时发现设计冲突、图纸差异及专业接口问题。

Prepare and update Electrical Coordination Drawings based on approved Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings.
根据已批准的 Construction Drawing 及 Shop Drawing，编制及更新电气专业 Coordination Drawing。

Coordinate electrical works with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and other relevant disciplines to ensure proper integration of M&E services.
负责电气与建筑、结构、暖通、给排水、消防及其他相关专业之间的综合协调，确保各专业机电系统合理衔接。

Coordinate electrical service routes, cable trays, trunking, conduits, equipment locations, sleeves and openings with other disciplines.
协调 Cable Tray、Trunking、Conduit、电气设备位置、套管及预留洞口等电气工程内容与其他专业的接口。

Attend site coordination meetings and technical discussions with Main Contractors, Consultants and subcontractors to resolve electrical coordination issues.
参加与总包、顾问及分包商的现场协调会议及技术讨论，协助解决电气专业协调问题。

Conduct site inspections and verify actual site conditions, dimensions and installation requirements.
进行现场检查，核实现场实际条件、尺寸及安装要求。

Provide technical support to the site team and assist in resolving discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.

Ensure Coordination Drawings are prepared in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications and relevant requirements.

Maintain and update drawing records, revision status and coordination information for proper document control.

Assist the Electrical Engineer / MEP Manager in technical coordination, drawing review, site implementation and other electrical-related matters.

Qualifications Required / 任职资格

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
电气工程、电气与电子工程、建筑设备工程或相关专业，大专或本科以上学历。

Able to independently prepare and coordinate Electrical Coordination Drawings based on Construction Drawings and approved Shop Drawings.
能够根据 Construction Drawing 及已批准的 Shop Drawing，独立完成电气专业 Coordination Drawing 的编制及协调。

Good understanding of electrical building services installation, including cable trays, trunking, conduits, wiring, electrical equipment and related M&E services.
熟悉建筑电气安装工程，包括 Cable Tray、Trunking、Conduit、Wiring、电气设备及相关机电系统。

Able to read and interpret Electrical, Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.
能够熟练阅读及理解 Electrical、Architectural、Structural 及 M&E 图纸。

Experience Required / 经验要求

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical building services, M&E construction or related fields.
至少3年建筑电气工程、机电施工或相关领域工作经验。

Relevant experience in electrical coordination, Shop Drawing preparation, site coordination or M&E construction is preferred.
具有电气协调、Shop Drawing 编制、现场协调或机电施工经验者优先。

Experience working with Main Contractors, Consultants and M&E subcontractors in construction projects is an advantage.
具有建筑工程总包、顾问及机电分包协调经验者优先。

Experience in data centre, commercial, industrial or other technically demanding projects is an added advantage.
具有数据中心、商业、工业或其他技术要求较高项目经验者优先。

Skills & Other Qualities / 技能及其他要求

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to prepare professional electrical drawings.
熟练掌握 AutoCAD，能够完成专业电气图纸。

Good knowledge of Electrical Coordination Drawings and M&E coordination.
熟悉 Electrical Coordination Drawing 及机电综合协调工作。

Able to identify drawing discrepancies, clashes and technical issues, and coordinate practical solutions.
能够发现图纸差异、专业碰撞及技术问题，并协调提出合理的解决方案。

Good communication and coordination skills with Consultants, Main Contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
具备良好的沟通及协调能力，能够与顾问、总包、分包及现场施工团队有效沟通。

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and complete assigned work within project schedules.
能够独立开展工作，同时处理多项工作任务，并按照项目进度要求完成工作。

Familiarity with applicable Malaysian Standards, JKR requirements and relevant electrical codes and standards is preferred.
熟悉适用的马来西亚标准、JKR 要求及相关电气规范者优先。
