Rise Intervention Programme Sdn Bhd (RISE) is an early intervention center focused on holistic development for children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. The center prepares children for admission into mainstream learning institutions and promotes equality in educational opportunities for every child. RISE provides individualized education plans that bridge competency gaps and build confidence through sustainable, step-by-step development. Programmes range from play-based learning for toddlers using toys, books, worksheets, and flashcards, to structured early intervention sessions that support communication, gross motor skills, and readiness for mainstream education. The team at RISE is dedicated to understanding each child’s interaction with their environment to help them realize their full potential.

Role Description

The EIP Teacher will deliver early intervention sessions to children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized education plans in a structured, supportive classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting play-based and structured lessons, preparing teaching materials, tracking progress, and documenting each child’s development. The role involves collaborating closely with families and colleagues, sharing updates, and adjusting strategies based on each child’s needs and responses. The EIP Teacher will also support the development of communication and gross motor skills, and help prepare children for transition into mainstream educational settings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, preferably with experience in early intervention or special education.
  • Proficient in Lesson Planning and Training to design and deliver targeted learning activities for young children.
  • Effective Communication skills to engage children, collaborate with families, and work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to support children with diverse learning needs.
  • Diploma or degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum or in early childhood settings is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, follow center guidelines, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
