Job summary

PT Lumintu Insan Mandiri is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to implement and sustain ISO-aligned quality controls on EHV transmission line and substation projects in Malaysia. You will develop, maintain ITPs, QAPs, and Field Quality Plans, and perform material inspections against project specs.

You will raise NCRs, drive CAPA closures, conduct quality audits of contractors and vendors, and coordinate with client quality teams and third-party inspectors, with willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC for EHV transmission line/substation projects.
• Proficient in ITP, QAP, NCR, CAPA processes; IEC/IEEE standards; drawing interpretation.
• Experience with material inspection and QA/QC auditing.
• ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain ITP, QAP, and Field Quality Plans.
• Conduct inspections: foundations, tower erection, bolt torque, conductor stringing, OPGW installation.
• Verify materials against MTCs and project specifications.
• Raise NCRs and manage CAPA through closure.
• Conduct quality audits on contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with client quality teams and third-party inspectors.
