EPG Engineering System Sdn. Bhd. in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia is seeking an ELV QA/QC Engineer to review drawings, RFIs, installation method statements and construction records for CCTV, IDS, ACS, UPS and related ELV networks.

You will monitor installation quality, test, commissioning and documentation, prepare ITPs and QA/QC plans, and coordinate with MEP, Electrical, Structural and Architectural teams to avoid routing conflicts. Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years ELV experience required.

Competenze

• Experience in Quality Management, Document Control, or ELV system installation/testing is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in ELV system construction, installation, commissioning, or testing.
• Data center/cleanroom/high-spec facility project experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and related cabling, grounding and distribution.
• Coordinate site construction with Electrical, MEP, Structural and Architectural teams.
• Document control processes including drawings revisions, as-built drawings and submissions.
• Good communication and report-writing skills; follow-up on corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Review drawings, RFI/VIR, installation method statements and construction records for ELV systems.
• Monitor quality during installation, testing, commissioning and handover of ELV systems.
• Prepare or assist in QA/QC Plans, ITPs and inspection checklists for ELV systems.
• Coordinate with MEP, Electrical, Structural and Architectural/Interior teams for proper integration.
• Establish and maintain ELV documentation management: shop drawings, test reports and handover docs.
• Support QA/QC in NCRs, RCA, CAPA and tracking corrective actions.
• Participate in site quality inspections, document reviews and project handover meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contract specs, design standards and local regulations.
• Provide training on ELV documentation standards, testing and acceptance procedures.
