Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks an EHSS Manager to drive site environmental, health, safety and security initiatives across the facility. You will lead compliance programs, develop training, and act as SME on EHSS matters to support site leadership and annual safety goals.

You will work with various departments to ensure regulatory alignment, maintain records and drive continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, natural or equivalent science, engineering technology, occupational safety/industrial hygiene or fire safety.
• CSP or CIH certifications are preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments to meet company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHSS initiatives to meet/exceed company goals.
• Provide EHSS leadership as SME on EHSS regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement training on policies and governmental regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, environmentally friendly site.
• Manage records, permits, and reports according to guidelines.
• Investigate more serious injuries and near-miss incidents; conduct root cause analysis.
