Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A.) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an EHS professional to develop and maintain ISO-aligned EHS policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws. You will lead hazard identifications, incident investigations, and drive continuous safety improvements across manufacturing operations.

The role includes coordinating emergency drills, contractor safety, chemical management, and business continuity planning to foster a strong safety culture within the site.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Degree in safety & health, sciences, environmental or engineering studies.
• Preferrable Green book holder SHO.
• Knowledge of Malaysia EHS laws and 150 14001/150 45001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and ISO-compliant systems.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, customer, and company EHS requirements.
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRADC).
• Lead incident & accident investigation and root cause analysis together with implementation of improvement plan.
• Oversee contractor safety and chemical management, Emergency Preparedness.
• Plan and conduct emergency drills and business continuity exercises.
• Lead EHS inspections, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote a strong safety and health culture across the organization.
• Lead EHS projects and provide technical support to operations and engineering.

Education

Safety & Health degree / degree in sciences / environmental or engineering studies
