Job summary

Celestica Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking an EHS Safety & Health Officer to lead and audit workplace safety, health, environmental, and energy management systems across our E&E and semiconductor equipment manufacturing facility.

You will ensure compliance with OSHA/Malaysian regulations, ISO frameworks, and RBA Code of Conduct, while coordinating medical surveillance, waste management, and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Registered SHO with DOSH Green Book.
• CePSWaM competency certified by EiMAS/DOE Malaysia.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001/45001/50001.
• Formal RBA Lead Auditor or Awareness training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee Medical Surveillance programs per OSHA USECHH 2000.
• Coordinate with DOSH-registered OHP for statutory health screenings.
• Maintain medical surveillance records and fitness-for-work certifications.
• Ensure OSHA/FMA compliance and liaise with DOSH/DOE during audits.
• Lead CePSWaM waste management and eSWIS logging.
• Act as Lead Internal Auditor for ISO 14001/45001/50001 and drive energy programs.
