On-site Role in Johor Bahru

Job summary

Fuku in Johor Bahru seeks a seasoned safety leader to drive high-voltage safety on major data centre projects. You will oversee HV switchgear, transformer installations, and live electrical work hazard analyses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven background with PMC, client-side, or Tier 1 contractors.
• Track record delivering major high-voltage construction or infrastructure projects.
• Solid knowledge of electrical safety codes and project controls.
• Strong leadership skills to align teams on safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-voltage safety compliance across major power infrastructure builds.
• Oversee safety for high-voltage switchgear and transformer installations.
• Manage hazard analyses and assessments for live electrical work.
• Enforce local OSHA regulations alongside international mission-critical standards.
• Lead lockout/tagout reviews and conduct daily safety toolbox talks.
