Job summary

Capcon Consulting in Johor Bahru invites an experienced Safety Lead for high-voltage infrastructure and hyperscale data centre projects. You will champion zero-incident culture, supervise HV safety across switchgear and transformers, and lead hazard analyses on live electrical work.

You'll ensure compliance with local OSHA regulations and international standards, conduct daily toolbox talks, review lockout/tagout procedures, and test emergency action plans for power failures and arc flashes.

Qualifications

• High-voltage safety knowledge and leadership in data centre projects.
• Experience delivering HV construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and project controls.
