Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) or related disciplines; SHO qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of EHS-related work experience; lithium battery industry safety management or new plant construction experience preferred.
• Keen hazard identification ability with strong execution capabilities; excellent team management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Construction safety management of new projects, and overall coordination of on-site construction site safety.
• EHS risk assessment of new projects and engineering renovations, equipment safety acceptance, review of layout change schemes, and EHS acceptance of projects/engineering.
• Supervision of high-risk operations, accident prevention, implementation of drills and safety trainings.
• Safety supervision and improvement of the construction of new factory buildings.
• Responsible for environmental, health, safety, and emergency management, including investigation of related incidents and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Responsible for physical security and confidentiality management.
• Comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and participate in EHS programs and training as required.
