Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment and Education Advisor to drive student recruitment, counsel prospective university students, and support their progression within the education journey.

You will plan Open Days and Public Exhibitions, work toward sales targets, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions, leveraging Salesforce or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Prior experience in Recruitment, Sales or Education is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Friendly, approachable, and open-minded personality.
• Digitally and numerically literate; comfortable with technology and data.
• Passionate about education, with some understanding of Malaysia’s education industry being a plus.
