The EducationSupervisor is responsible for overseeing both the academic excellence and dailyoperational management of the centre. This role ensures that teaching standardsare consistently maintained while centre operations run smoothly andefficiently.

The EducationSupervisor plays important role in supervising and developing teachers touphold instructional quality, while also managing day-to-day academiccoordination, scheduling, compliance, and student support matters. The rolerequires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to step into teach when necessary to ensure continuity of learning.

Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations ofthe centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure classes run according toschedule and resources are properly allocated.
• Coordinate class arrangements,teacher assignments, and relief coverage when required.
• Ensure compliance with centrepolicies, safety standards, and academic procedures.
• Address operational issuespromptly and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Support communication betweenmanagement, teachers, parents, and students.

Academic Quality Assurance & Classroom Support

• Ensure curriculum deliveryaligns with the centre’s academic standards and objectives.
• Monitor and review lessonplans, teaching materials, and assessment methods.
• Observe teachers’ classroomperformance and instructional methods.
• Maintain consistent teachingquality across all classes and levels.
• Identify areas for academicimprovement and implement enhancement strategies.
• Step in to conduct classes whenrequired due to teacher absence or operational needs
• Assist in managing classroombehavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support academic events,workshops, or enrichment activities organized by the centre.

Any other tasks from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, any relevant studies
• 2–3 years ofexperience in childcare/education sector experienceis an advantage. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
