Job summary

WYNKIDS Sdn Bhd invites a Centre Manager to lead operations for our education centres in Malaysia. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service to parents, and help build a strong, collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, has 3–5 years in customer service, PR or hospitality, strong English, and Mandarin as an added advantage. You will work Wednesday to Sunday (5-day week) and report to management to support our growing network of 35 centres.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of working experience in customer service, PR, mass communication or hospitality is encouraged.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with parents and staff.

Your Role Would Include:

Able to communicate, maintain good rapport and give good customer service experience to parents/customers.

Manage and lead the operation of the centre.

Motivate the team and working closely with management to build a strong company culture.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

Possess a Degree in any discipline.

Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience. Those with working experience in customer service, PR, mass communication or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.

Good leadership skills and work with minimum supervision.

Effective communication skills. Able to build strong rapport with parents and staff.

You are ready to work from Wednesday - Sunday (5-day week)
