Job summary

WYNKIDS Education Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead operations for our expanding network of English education centres serving children aged 4 to 15. You will oversee daily centre activities, motivate staff, maintain excellent parent relationships and ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in any discipline, demonstrates strong English communication skills (Mandarin a plus), and has 3–5 years of managerial experience in education, customer

• A Degree in any discipline.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the capacity of a manager. Those with working experience in customer service, PR, mass communication or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
• Good leadership skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills. Able to build strong rapport with parents and staff.
