Job summary
SOLS Foundation is seeking a dedicated leader to transform an English teaching methodology into a self-directed online learning experience within the SOLS edu ACE mobile app. You will own curriculum design, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impact for underserved Malaysian youth.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will work in an agile environment, partnering with developers, educators, and marketing to reach thousands of learners who cannot afford private classes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Curriculum Design or related field.
- Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Experience in English language teaching, preferably in Malaysia.
- Demonstrated experience in online education platforms, LMS or ed-tech products.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for SOLS edu ACE development, launch and implementation.
- Translate educational requirements into app features with developers.
- Structure curriculum from beginner to advanced levels aligned with exams.
- Develop assessment frameworks to measure progress and readiness.
- Build partnerships with schools and communities to drive adoption.
