Job summary

Think Academy in Kuala Lumpur invites university students to join its Internship Program across HR, recruitment, admin, and teaching operations. You will select or be matched with one of four tracks based on strengths and interests, with a fully paid 10‑Day EdTech Teaching Training to sharpen presence and public speaking skills.

Eligibility includes Malaysian citizenship, 5‑day/week onsite commitment for 2 to 6 months, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Malaysian citizen.
• Availability: 5-day/week onsite internship for 2–6 months.
• Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Academic: Grade B in relevant subjects or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and mentor teaching staff across tracks.
• Plan engagement activities for teachers and staff.
• Support HR onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in communication and maintain HR records.
