Job summary

Colgate is seeking an eCommerce Multimedia Designer on a 12-month contract in Petaling Jaya. You will shape the ecommerce visual identity for Colgate-Palmolive brands, designing store visuals, banners, product thumbnails and social assets across marketplaces and omnichannel storefronts.

You will work independently, switch between online store design, video content, AI-assisted production, and asset management for websites and social channels, collaborating with multilingual teams in English,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
2–5 years of design experience focused on eCommerce, marketing, video production, or advertising.
Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Advanced video editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design eCommerce visuals including banners, store visuals, and product thumbnails for marketplaces and omnichannel storefronts.
Localize thumbnails and PDP materials in MY, SG, ID languages.
Create OBS livestream assets including 3D backdrops and promo overlays.
Maintain storefront updates and provide support during major campaigns like 11.11.
Design for Online and Offline retail environments (OOH, in-store visibility, retailer media).
Edit and produce high-volume social content using AI tools.
Adopt AI workflows with Gemini, TikTok Symphony and AI voiceover tools.
Manage website assets and social posting schedules; ensure data integrity in Content Hub.
