CITIC Securities International is seeking an Associate Director - Equity Capital Markets (SEA) to lead origination materials and oversee live transactions across IPOs, placements, rights issues, and other ECM deals in Southeast Asia. The role requires strong analytical abilities, independent work, and excellent communication with investors and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with problem solving capability.

• Business Mandarin reading/writing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for origination efforts and support live ECM transactions.
• Present research, valuation, and investor targeting for deal pitches.
• Coordinate and ensure data integrity across presentations and processes.
• Oversee execution stages from marketing to pricing/closing.
• Support Head of ECM (SEA) and align strategy and conduct.
• Supervise juniors/interns and mentor the team.
