Zusammenfassung

Wonder Village in Petaling Jaya is hiring an Early Years Educator to join our childcare team caring for children aged 1 to 4. You will work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment that supports every child's early learning journey.

You will observe children's progress, document their learning, and set up play spaces that spark curiosity through culturally relevant experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Must have right to work in Malaysia.
• Diploma or degree in relevant field (ECE degree not required).
• Passion for education and aligned values.
• Positive, adaptable and reliable.

You'll be working as part of a close-knit team to guide and care for children between the ages of 1 to 4.

You'll be taking care of the children, observing them, documenting their learning, and setting up engaging play spaces. Under your care, children will thrive - developing a strong sense of self, growing in relationships, and learning and practising new skills.

Wonder Village adopts a unique approach to teaching and learning that emphasises curiosity, play and culturally specific experiences. You will have the freedom to be creative in your work and suit how the children learn best. Whether it's hopping in a Grab to the nearby wet market, inviting a parent to share about their work or baking with our centre cook - wonder and learning is always happening.
