KATTY INNOVATION SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on e-commerce operator to independently run Shopee and TikTok Shop stores, keeping product listings optimized, pricing aligned with market trends, and promoting healthy sales performance.

You will monitor traffic, conversions, and customer inquiries, handle after-sales disputes, and maintain store ratings with timely replies, aiming for high customer satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-cycle operation of Shopee & TikTok Shop, including daily maintenance, product listing, keyword & listing optimization, traffic and store weight improvement.
• Adjust pricing and promotion strategies according to market trends; manage inventory and SKU, optimize slow-moving products, ensure store compliance and healthy sales status.
• Familiar with platform campaign rules, independently apply for flash sales, coupons and official activities, drive store traffic and conversion.
• Daily order follow-up, customer consultation reply, after-sales & dispute handling, maintain store rating and positive review rate.
• Monitor daily store data (traffic, CTR, conversion, sales), analyze problems and optimize operation strategies continuously.
