Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-Commerce Operations & Growth Executive to own daily online marketplace activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This hands-on role is not purely administrative; you will manage orders from entry to delivery, optimise listings, pricing and promotions, and drive growth while maintaining top marketplace ratings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on e-commerce / marketplace experience.
• Experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, cosmetics, healthcare or similar fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment and marketplace seller operations.
• Excellent attention to detail with orders, pricing, stock and promotions.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.
• Monitor orders, ensure timely processing and fulfilment.
• Coordinate with retail and logistics partners for on-time delivery.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and promotions.
• Ensure store health, fulfilment rates, and customer ratings.
• Monitor policy changes and ensure compliance.
